Sarah is a mum to two children and a rescue dog named Pumpkin. She lives on the edge of a tidal estuary in England, UK.
She has spent most of her working life outdoors, exploring the ways nature can support both children and adults. From teaching horticultural skills to adults to mentoring students in schools and colleges, she has more recently exchanged students for dogs, founding an award-winning dog walking business.
